I can’t find my certificates, where are they?
Your DE-964 Permit Certificate will be available after you complete the Module 1 quiz. You will be able to see the certificate at the top of the course page and it will also be emailed to you.
Your DE-964 License Certificate will be available after you complete the Module 12 quiz. You will be able to see the certificate at the top of the course page and it will also be emailed to you.
Did you accidently enter the wrong name, address, gender, or any other part of the certificate information? Fill out the form below and we’ll fix it.
