The application costs $20. After you purchase the application, you will receive an email with a download link. Check your spam and junk folders if you do not see the email in your inbox.

How to find your certificates

In some cases certificates take 24 business hours to process. Your certificates will appear at the top of the course page and will also be emailed to you. You must be logged in to view your certificates.

I can’t find my certificates, where are they?

Your DE-964 Permit Certificate will be available after you complete the Module 1 quiz. You will be able to see the certificate at the top of the course page and it will also be emailed to you.

Your DE-964 License Certificate will be available after you complete the Module 12 quiz. You will be able to see the certificate at the top of the course page and it will also be emailed to you.

How to change your certificate information

Did you accidentally enter the wrong name, address, gender, or any other part of the certificate information? Fill out the form below, and we’ll fix it.

Do you need to purchase for multiple students?

To purchase the course for multiple students, follow these steps: First, purchase the course for the first student and then log out of the first account (click the logout button on this page). Next, purchase the course again on the checkout page for the second student. Keep in mind you will have to use a different email address when purchasing for the second student. Our system only allows one student per account.

If you are eligible for a refund (Purchase was within the last 30 days and you have not been issued ANY certificate), submit a refund request by clicking the button below and submitting the form (make sure to include your account email). Refunds take 5 – 10 days to be processed.

Did you accidently purchase the course multiple times?

Click the button below and submit the form with your order numbers and we’ll refund any additional purchases.

Do you need to transfer your progress to a driving school?

If you’d like to transfer to a driving school and carry over the progress from this course, fill out the form below, and a Transfer Certificate will be emailed to you. This Transfer Certificate provides proof that you completed the Lessons in our course, so you won’t have to retake them at the driving school.
